If your phone screen has been cracked, then the only thing that needs to be replaced is the glass and not the entire screen.
The first thing that you should do is contact the customer service number provided by the company and speak with them about how they will fix your device. If they are unable to fix your device, then there will be no charges for the repairs.
Typical damage that is under warranty must be repaired or replaced with a new one. Unfortunately not all forms of water damage are covered by the Apple Warranty, and all cases will need to go through our highly qualified repair team for any damages - we can send you photos before performing the repairs so that you know exactly what needs fixed and if your device will be 100% like new.
